Description Stanley Brown 2020-09-15 22:35:28 UTC
Description:
BarTender is a 3rd party application designed to make using Zebra (thermal) printers easier. It installs itself as an interface between the (Windows 10 PC) computer and the printer. I am using the free version. I am using a standard 4x6" Zebra label printer. When printing labels in Libre Office (it works properly in Xcel)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a Zebra printer connected.
2. Install BarTender (free)
3. Attempt to adjust paper size in print properties to 4x6 and save. It will not save.

Actual Results:
In print properties, adjust stock to 4x6.
Exit.
Re-enter print properties. Stock type is always default (4.12 in x 4.00 in)

Note: In page setup tab, program should read "© 2015-2019 Seagll Software, Inc. Authors of the Bar Tender label software"

Expected Results:
Should be able to change lave size (i.e. 4x6" or 6x4") and be able to exit and return and it should stick.

Reproducible: Always

Let me specify:

1. Did you create the labels in LO's wizard from menu File->New->Labels?
2. Where do you see those "Print properties"? In the LO's Print dialog below your printer model?
