Sample document to show the problem

When a document has Record Changes and Show Changes both enabled so as to track changes, if you clear direct formatting via CTRL-M, Writer does not register that any change has occurred.

See attached tiny sample document.

Lots of track-changes work is being done for 26.2. However, this bug report can still be reproduced in Sept 10's 26.2 bibisect.

Steps to reproduce:
1.) open comment 0's DirectFormatRemovalUnnoticed.odt
2.) open the sidebar's "Manage Changes" (and see one entry from Luke)
3.) Select the italic word "formatted" and press Ctrl-M.
  - (notice word is no longer italicized, but no addition to sidebar entries.)
4.) press Delete to delete the selected word (now a change entry is added).
