Description:
I'm using the forms option buttons in Writer, but somehow they work fine in the odt file, but not in the pdf file. I've searched the internet for possible solutions, and tried all of them, but to no avail.  

Steps to Reproduce:
I have attached the odt file and the pdf file, so you can see for yourself.

Actual Results:
option buttons do not work in pdf

Expected Results:
they still don't work


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
option buttons should work the same way in pdf as in odt

I think it's a duplicate of bug 134813. Feel free to change it back to UNCONFIRMED wit a short reasoning, if you disagree.

If PDF problem is only with Adobe Reader, it's a duplicate. 
If not, please explain.
