Description:
libre office version 7 keeps crashing when i start it and same when i try any of the options in safe mode. i am using windows 10

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open libre office never loads
2.safe mode loads but crashes after I try any additional steps and restart
3.

Actual Results:
can't get it to load but got it to work in safe mode

Expected Results:
it freezes when i try to reset my user profile

If LibreOffice open try this:
Help - Restart in Safe Mode - Factory Settings and check that 2 checboxes below Factory Settings.
