The sidebar became an important part of LibO's UI inherent not only properties but also advanced features, namely Navigator and Styles. Considering it as a main feature of the UX it should get better accessible than individual features. Therefore I suggest to switch Ctrl+F5 with F5 (Navigator is also represented inside the Sidebar).
Is this a duplicate to bug 84502?
No, bug 84502 ask for short-cuts for every single entity inside the Sidebar and the discussion went towards complex key-binding like Alt+Ctrl+1. I ask to switch Ctrl+F5 and F5 in favour for the Sidebar.
Ctrl+F5 toggles the visibility of the sidebar (F5 the extra Navigator panel). And the HIG describes what accessibility features / keyboard interactions exists. Still don't understand what's missing.

It was a suggestion to prefer the sidebar with F5 as it became more important over the last years.
Gotcha, F5 > Sidebar & Ctrl+F5 > Navigator. And -1 from my side because users are familiar with these shortcuts. Changing for sake of updating is messing up with the past. Feel free to reopen (and forward to the UX people for more opinions).
