Description: I apply a "UPPERCASE" case effect on "H1" and "H2" styles : The document is correctly update but the table of contents (toc) still presents original titles (lowercase). Steps to Reproduce: 1.Create a document with a TOC 2.Enter a H1 title in lowercase 3.Set the property "case effects" of the style H1 to "Uppercase" 4.Update the TOC Actual Results: The TOC shows the titles in lowercase. I can't use paragraph style Heading 1 as a style of a TOC level. You can? Please attach a smaple document as that makes it easier for us to reproduce the bug. Thank you. => NEEDINFO
I can't too. Just enter a H1 title in lower case and add the lower to upper case transformation, then generate the TOC : the TOC content is in lower case.

That's not a bug: 1. Open attachment from comment 3 3. Cursor in TOC => Context menu => Edit index 4. Tab "Styles" => Paragraph style of level 1 is "Contents 1" 5. Change paragraph style "Contents 1"to UPPERCASE 6. Update index => NOTABUG
