Description:
Empty paragraph line disappears after paste

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Press CTRL+ENTER
3. Type DDD
4. Press Enter
5. Select DDD
6. CTRL+X
7. Paste on the second line

Actual Results:
DDD moves up to the first

Expected Results:
Should be the second line


Reproducible: Always
