Description:
UI: Anchor position icon isn't corrected if for zoom

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Select the image
3. For me the anchor is off page, so press arrow left/or right/ or up/ or down to correct
4. CTRL+scroll wheel. notice the anchor being off again

Actual Results:
Anchor off after zoom

Expected Results:
Anchor should be at the right place


Reproducible: Always

This should be fixed at some point, IMHO. It touches the core concept of anchoring to character (default for images). The anchor should always be at character, not floating around at a random place because the position isn't updated after zoom.

Somehow it managed to be around for a 10 year anniversary; a bit surprising to me.
