Description:
This has happened about 6 times in the last few weeks. Writer becomes non-responsive; I have to manually end process. Upon restart, the last 4-5 changes were not saved. Maybe too deep in a change stack?

6.3.6 is EOL, could you give a try to last stable LO version 6.4.6 or brand new 7.0.1?

Also, you can try to rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows) and give a new try.
