confirmed from my side on Win10/64 Calc 7.0.1.

In previous versions of 7 the user defined table sheet is also available in the list when you add a table via Table -> Insert Table.

Expected Behaviour: same list of table style sheets as in side bar

Workaround: Insert any Table, click in the table and then apply the table stylesheet from the sidebar in clicking on it.

See screenshot and testdoc attached.

certainly writer was in mind, just because of mentioning a table I wrote it false ;-)

Don't see need for UX input. The user-defined TS should be loaded to the insert_table dialog as well.

Update:
Test with LO 7.5.2.2 and 7.6 Dev
the userdefined tabel style ist not in the list, when i say menü table- insert table.
I thougt in one Version of LO 7.4 there was a button "insert" in the table menu.
but i have not all versions esp. machine to install them.

Still repro and looks like this has been the case since the implementation in 5.3. Note bug 152711 "Make Writer table styles _proper_ styles".
