Seem to be a duplicate of bug 124470 - Table settings and borders are not saved if checked "Embed fonts" and "Only embed fonts that are used" https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=124470, with patches for 6.4.7, 7.0.1 and 7.1.0
I didn't test but that should be it. https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/ still doesn't have 6.4.7, probably soon. (or https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/) Set Unconfirmed if reproduced after the upgrade. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 124470 ***
