The actual help page link was changed to: https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/en-US/text/swriter/01/TableConvertMenu.html?&DbPAR=WRITER&System=WIN In this page both links ("Convert Text to Table" and "Convert Table to Text") send to "Convert Text to Table". The Help button in the "Convert Table to Text" dialog of Writer also redirects wrongly to "Convert Text to Table".

I can fix the links in this page to go to the correct help page, but it looks like a large part of the problem is that "Convert Text to Table" and "Convert Table to Text" both use the same UI widget. This means that UI elements like the "Tabs" radio box have the same HID, regardless of whether "Convert Text to Table" or "Convert Table to Text" is selected from the menu, so there is no way to tell Writer which help page to open. It's likely that the "Table Convert Menu" page was added as a work-around.
