Open LibreOffice via its integrator (LibreOffice shortcut). Open a Writer document (or an Impress document) into a full-screen window. Minimize the Writer window to taskbar. Open the window again. Repeat several times. After a few repetitions (or just immediately) the reopened window turns black. The program is still operational and the open document can be saved or even blindly edited and saved. The window can be restored to a normal view after making a smaller window instead of a full-screen The effect started after installation of LibreOffice 7.0.0 and persists in 7.0.2. The previous version 6.4.3 (as far as I recall) worked fine.
Thank you for filing. Please copy program details from the menu Help -> About LibreOffice and post. Also what GPU and driver are in use? You can obtain that running "msinfo32.exe" and copy from the Components -> Display panel. Finally, please open Tools -> Options dialog and on the View panel uncheck the 'Use Skia for all rendering' box and restart LibreOffice. Does that resolve?

OK, thanks for the feedback. This is a known issue with the nVidia drivers in Vulkan mode. The nVidia GPUs have been denylist'd for now. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 135370 ***
