Description:
Animation effect object vanishes (deleted) after cut/paste

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 166434 [details]
2. Select the fontwork Cut/paste -> notice the animation being gone

Actual Results:
Animation not included

Expected Results:
I think they animation should be included.
