Thanks for retesting the issue with the latest version. Setting to RESOLVED WORKSFORME since the commit fixing this issue hasn't been identified.
I still have this issue with 7.1.0.3. Adding Alt Search macro to the toolbar and using the same icon as regular search. The icon is gone when I restart and the button reverts to text. Trying to add external icons is even more hopeless. SVG are not recognised and PNGs appear blank in the dialog and never appear on the toolbar.
