Comment box size problem and possible solution

There is a problem with comment box size in Writer. Namely, the problem is that Writer's minimum comment box size is just too big. In a normal usage situation, I have lots of comment boxes open (see attached picture) and a lot of them contain just a few words relating to the changes I plan to make in my text. Given that Writer uses a lot of space for these comments, I can't efficiently track them.

I propose the following: implement dynamic comment box size.

This means the following, if my comment is just a few words long, the comment box should be smaller, and if it's bigger - the box should obviously be bigger (with some max value, of course - to avoid one comment box taking the whole screen - but it could - if there are no other comment boxes in the document).

In short, existing comment box design is suboptimal and it wastes lots of valuable pixel space for no useful informational at all. I made a sketch in GIMP how I think an optimal comment box should look like. No space is wasted and a whole lot comments fit on the screen at one time.
