Description Byron Hawkins 2020-10-22 17:35:03 UTC
As other users have been reporting for many years, it is still impossible to change the slide number in an Impress presentation. This makes it impossible to create step animations in which successive slides are identical except for a few elements that "move". PowerPoint has had this features for years. LibreOffice Writer has this feature for page numbers. It is a necessary feature.

Poor report.
Is this a duplicate, did you search, did you see bug 115611, bug 130360?
Steps are needed and sample, do not assume it's clear, make it for 1st time user.
