Google crawls Help pages at its own will. There is little we can do to make Google index the pages you want, but we are open to be assisted to improve indexing if you master SEO techniques and want to help us. As said in bug#137725, the Uyghur translation is incomplete and has English string to fill the gaps. Use the /en-US/ stub in you LO Help URLs, or search directly in the internal search engine we implemented, once in the Help site.

But the corresponding English help page [1] also mentions "Tools - Options - LibreOffice Basic", which I can't find in version 6.4.7. But I'm unfamiliar with the Basic Macro features and maybe I didn't install the needed components or missed something obvious. Just in case you have not already solved the problem: Try: Tools > Macros > Edit Macros.
