FILEOPEN DOCX: Text distribution between pages different mostly because header being smaller

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 166758 [details]
2. Scroll to page 2 and compare with Word

Actual Results:
See expected

Expected Results:
* There is a empty paragraph after header on page 2 in word
* There is empty space after last paragraph in Word (of the size of an actual paragraph, without being a paragraph not present in LibreOffice)
* LibreOffice shows 6 paragraphs in header Word has 7

I can't see an empty pararaph in Word or in LO. Why do you expect this?

Do you mean at the end of the document? I can't see it. Why do you expect it?

Which version of MS Word do you use?
