Description:
Unwanted scroll opening properties dialog for frame

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Zoom in so second page isn't visible
3. Scroll down so you see the start of the frame on page 2
4. click they frame, no scroll -> fine
5. Right click -> properties.. scroll occurs

Actual Results:
Scroll

Expected Results:
No scroll


Reproducible: Always

What I can see, that - after selecting properties - there is a scroll so that the top of the frame is at the top of the top of the desktop

Telesto, is this the bug, you describe? If this is the case, can you confirm the additional observations , too?

Additional observation:
It's the same, if you choose an option from one of the submenus (anchor, wrap, ...) of the context menu and also settings frome main menu, for example Format => Frame and Object => Properties
