White box instead of transparent logo

Transparent logo

Reproducible: Always

Adding the ODP with they image in question (or another one displaying the issue) would be really appreciated. It looks indeed like a transparency issue indeed

Comment 7 Leonard Lausen 2020-11-05 16:40:49 UTC
I attached the logo obtained by opening the slide master and saving the logo via right click on the logo. I did this on LibreOffice 7.0.2 and confirmed that pasting the logo into a new presentation in LibreOffice 7.1. This reproduces the transparency issue.

Thank you for testing Roman. Have you compared to the 7.0.2 screenshot above? Ie do you see both the "smile" and the text in your "no repro in macOS"? Or do you see only the "smile"?

Version: 7.1.0.0.alpha1
Build ID: 987671387712c4f9061d6216ff2f001a7bb9e57b
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.9; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3

Comment 10 Telesto 2020-11-05 19:58:37 UTC
Maybe GTK3 specific? No repro on Windows
Comment 11 Leonard Lausen 2020-11-13 01:14:13 UTC
I have reproduced this bug on both Ubuntu 18.04 and Ubuntu 20.04

Test in LO dev 7.2

Looks correct in Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 7673b027daed248d1be4dd1a773bfc0334a00c53
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: cs-CZ (cs_CZ.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

Seems to be fixed with dev version. Please could you test it with
dev version? You can download it here:

Thank you

Thank you raal. I can confirm the bug is fixed in https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@86-TDF/2020-12-06_00.31.34/master~2020-12-06_00.31.34_LibreOfficeDev_7.2.0.0.alpha0_Linux_x86-64_deb.tar.gz

It would be great to backport the fix and release a 7.0.4, given that 7.0.2 worked fine and 7.0.3 broke the users of LibreOffice 7.0 branch.
