Meta bug 110434 contains some bugs regarding to #10 envelope issues. Could you please check, if they are related to your problem?
Comment 2 Carl Pettit 2021-12-08 21:51:41 UTC
As at ver 7.1.7 Mac OSX 11.6

This should apply equally to all OS's.

HP printers usually have very good printer definition files.

Select whichever envelope gives you a page definition the same size as the envelope. If you select the wrong one you'll get a page that is bigger with a frame on it representing the envelope. There will likely be 2 selections that do this and these will be the ones that work with your printer. The only oddball will be whether the envelope needs to be fed stamp first or stamp last.
Comment 3 Carl Pettit 2021-12-08 21:53:49 UTC
With regards to stamp first or last, ignore what is embossed on the printer tray.
Comment 4 Timur 2022-05-14 16:24:02 UTC
Please attach minimal sample document with no personal info.
Also please attach resulting print scanned.
Please see if that's reproducible with a virtual printer.
