Set importance field to Enhancement Request.
Maybe, of we can set a tooltip for the label only. But not the whole comment.
I think maybe a MsgBox is better. Also, there should be a "Do not ask about me again" option. Set to NEW per Heiko's comment.

The topic was on the agenda of the design meeting but didn't receive further input. It's well documented and advertised, eg. per Tip-of-the-Day, and one of the bits that needs to be learned. So resolving WF now.
