Description:
Memory usage with 10 empty documents open and all language packs installed doubled from 274 MB to 570MB since 7.1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install all language packs from Alpha1 build to bibisect repro
2. Launch Writer
3. Press CTRL+N 9 times

Actual Results:
Around 600 MB mem usage

Expected Results:
Around 300 MB mem usage


Reproducible: Always
