Description:
The undo buffer is cleared after removing the header.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a document that has a header
2. Make some edits
3. Hover near the header, click the header options button that appears and click Delete Header...

Actual Results:
Undo gets greyed out

Expected Results:
Be able to undo the header deletion and the other operations as well.

I have tested this bug on Windows in 7.2.3 version and the header can be restored with undo. Please retest. If it is not working try a cleaner user profile (Help - Restart in Safe Mode - Factory Settings - Restart)
