I place python script,I can reproduce crash

I can't reproduce crash in safe mode. But when I place python script,I can reproduce crash.
1)restart libre office in safe mode
2)create python script directory
C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\user\scripts\python
3)place test1.py to the directory above
I can call test1.py from basic.so I think it has no problem.
4)tool→customize→toolbar→macro
crash.

I had a crash once when I tested, but not again.
I set Needinfo for CCed folks here to test again to see if reproducible.
Maybe some detail is missing.
