I save my files as DOCX (for compatibility with the receiver of my document
When I use bullets and sub bullets 
like : 
 * bullet
   ~ sub bullet 
the sub bullet is not saved and instead when I re open the file I see
< s p a c e s >  <question mark ?> and <sub bullet text>

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start a document
2.Add bullets
3.In some bullets add sub bullets
4. Save as docx
5. Open the file

Actual Results:
the sub bullets are gone and instead you see spaces and ?

Expected Results:
Saved documents should retain their styles
