Description:
UI: Undocked resized table toolbar doesn't retain dimensions. Resets itself to a bar after close

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. insert a table
3. Undock they table toolbar
4. Resize to say a square
5. Exit the table
6. Enter table again -> toolbar being a bar again

Actual Results:
Toolbar doesn't retain configured dimensions

Expected Results:
Should be the case


Reproducible: Always

I didn't see the issue in the latest version. 
It seems that the issue has been fixed.
