Screen shots of chapter numbering dialog in Linux and Windows

Chapter numbering options in LO Writer are different in Linux compared to Windows. Specifically, the Windows build allows a New Line to be used in Chapter Number formatting. In Linux, the only way to do this is to use hex 000A as a separator character which causes the new line to also show up in the TOC.

Why are the options different even on the same version of LO?

The screen shot attached shows the difference.
