Description:
Colour areas develop a cross-hatch pattern in my RTX 2080 windows 10 1920x.
Should stay a pure colour. Gets a bit distracting

Steps to Reproduce:
1.eg selecting a region of cells in a spreadsheet, the coloured headings of columns get cross-hatch pattern of light aqua and dark blue rather than staying dark blue, with some overlaid effects

Expected Results:
Colours should be constant

Could you give try 7.0.3?
