Description: Today I started having a problem with LibreOffice Writer that I've not had before: pressing the CTRL key (by itself; without any other keys) causes pages to zoom out, which means I can't use any keyboard shortcuts unless I'm willing to manually zoom in after each and every CTRL+ command. I've tried rebooting. I've tried uninstalling LibreOffice 5.? and installing Version: 6.4.7.2 (x64) Build ID: 639b8ac485750d5696d7590a72ef1b496725cfb5 CPU threads: 2; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19041; UI render: default; VCL: win; Locale: en-US (en_US); UI-Language: en-US Calc: threaded I'm using an old PC that was upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Home. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open a Writer document 2.Press the CTRL key 1 or more times (each results in a further zoom out) 3. Actual Results: Page zoomed out to (I'm guessing) 10% of original size. Expected Results: CTRL key (when used alone, with no other key) should not cause page to zoom out. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: Restarted in SAFE MODE; same problem occurred.
Try a different keyboard.
Yes, I discovered after reporting the problem that the issue was indeed the keyboard. Thank you for your response. Resolved.
