Shows up almost immediately with 6.4 but takes some seconds with 

Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+

Locale: de-DE (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US

(other tabs are also very slow)

For me was usual having delays on load some options windows in dev versions, specially first time the windows are opened. Like [Ctrl+1] in spreadsheets.

But runs without delay for me with:
