Description:
Requested feature: User is able to use an modifier in a cut-command in Calc so that it does not strip the cell formatting from the area being cut.

Analogous to the effect of backspace vs. delete
Analogous to ctrl-v vs. ctrl-shift-v 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Format column A to display dates in a certain way
2. Cut and paste some rows from column A
3. Enter a date in the area where a cut was made from and the dates are formatted with default formatting

Actual Results:
ctrl-x strips formatting from the area

Expected Results:
Some kind developer adds the requested feature


Reproducible: Always

LibreOffice Calc already works as you want. Tested with
