Description TorrAB 2020-11-30 16:29:12 UTC
Description:
In file Impo.odt, parag ‘aa’ has style Important, with bullet. With cursor at end, hit Enter.
New para is FirstLineIndent, as expected.
Now, put cursor at end of ‘bb’, which also has style Important, and hit Enter.
New para is FirstLineIndent, but… with bullet, unexpected in FirstLineIndent.
Furthermore, parag ‘aa’ has the correct After-text Indent (visible with the yellow background), but ‘bb’ does not, and this cannot be changed by double-clicking style Important.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.see above
2.
3.

Actual Results:
style has wrong format and wrong next style

Expected Results:
good format and next style

Reproducible: Always

I confirm the observed behaviour with

Version: 7.1.0.0.beta1 (x64)
Build ID: 828a45a14a0b954e0e539f5a9a10ca31c81d8f53
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19042; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB
Calc: threaded

but I don't know, if this is a bug or not.

Using style inspector (I'm not really familiar with it) I can see two differences between the paragraph "aa" and "bb"
1. "Numbering style List 2" is greyed out in para style "Important" for paragraph "bb"
2. Paragraph "bb" has direct paragraph formatting "Numbering style List 2"

Perhaps we need an expert with styles here. Or can you add some informations, how you created the document, TorrAB?

**I see (in OutlineAndNumbering) "Numbering style: Bullet -" for both parags; nothing greyed out, no List 2

Style inspector is a new feature in LO 7.1 You find it in the sidebar

So I would close this report, because I can't repoduce it, if I start with an empty document. Do you agree?
