win10-x64 lo 7.0.3.1 x64

installation of OOod-Chart Digitizer 1.2.1 broken

An extension manager Window shows 

java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

win10-x64 lo 7.0.2.2 x64 is without problem.

actual java 8 patch271 installed in both

in LO 6.4.7.2 x64 at win10-x64

win10-x64 LO 7.0.2.2 x64 is with same problem.

After reinstall same window

java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
