Description:
Page style should be next page style in the insert page dialog 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Writer
2. Insert -> More Breaks -> Manual break

Actual Results:
Page break is pre-selected and shows caption "Page Style"

Expected Results:
The caption should be "Next Page Style" because it's about the page style for the next page.
