Description:
It is not possible to enable footnotes in figure lines to make references in the ABNT rules.
When I click on the legend to add footnotes to Insert-> Footnotes and endnotes, the option is not enabled.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.insert image
2.insert figure caption in image
3. insert source caption (source: Facebook for example) for image
4 . insert footnote in source caption (Origin) of the image.

Actual Results:
Not is possible.

Expected Results:
That it is possible to add footnotes and endnotes to image source captions, in order to meet the standards of ABNT (Brazilian Association of Technical Standards) for academic works.

I followed the steps indicated in the previous message, using libreoffice 7.4 and libreoffice 7.5. The bug still persists. Attached is the video.
