Description:
Memory usage doubled opening a basic file (from 153 to 350 MB) since 7.1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a process explorer/task manager
2. Open attachment 163554 [details]
3. Press CTRL+A (to make it bump 

Actual Results:
Around 350 mb used

Expected Results:
180 mb


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
