Description: Writer 4.4.7.2 is opening in 3 seconds (warm start) while 7.1 takes 8 seconds Steps to Reproduce: 1. Writer shortcut on the desktop 2. Launch 7.1 and 4.4 the first time. 3. Can confirm the same behaviour between 6.3 and 7.0+ versions tested with latest 7.1.3.2 x64. On clean installed W10Pro 20H1 i5 8GB RAM SSD Samsung EVO 256. With 6.3 2 seconds while with 7.+ 7 seconds.
Is the behaviour the same without SKIA ?
