Can not confirm. Scroll bar "thumb" accurately follows current view of document during scroll--with mousewheel, with Up/Down buttons on the scroll bar, with text cursor movements on document canvas, and with PgDn/PgUp keyboard movement. There was a bug present in Skia.. but fixed a while back.. using beta1 instead of alpha1 should improve things

Set to NEEDINFO. Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
