Description:
UI: Make crop area in Image Properties dialog crop tab movable 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Image -> Properties -> Crop tab
3. There is preview of the crop.. showing a dotted frame

Actual Results:
Dotted frame is 'actual preview' not interactive

Expected Results:
Make it dynamic.. so you can drag & drop it around to get the right area while seeing the whole image at the same time

Interactive cropping can be done easily in the document, the preview is just this, a preview.
