Description:
editing the formatting of a paragraph style does not change the fonts color on Windows OS.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Write some text
2.chose the style or create a new one
3.change the font color of the the paragraph under the font effects tab

Actual Results:
character color does not change

Expected Results:
Font color for all characters of the selected paragraph style should change imminently  


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present

Thank you for your quick response. Resetting my user profile resolved the problem.
