Save the ODF and run the htop utility to see what happens next 6. Close all Libre Office documents. At this point, RAM consumption will increase dramatically by 2-3 GB, after which, after about a minute or two, the memory will begin to rapidly decrease until it runs out completely. 5.3 is an old version and is EOL like all 5.X and all 6.X. Please give a try to 7.0.3.
