Created attachment 168110 [details] Test case ODT I am working on a book template in LibreOffice Writer. It has many styles. When I save it as ".docx", and look at it in MS Word 2016 on my MacBook Pro running macOS 10.15.7 many of the styles have all-tofu for their names. I created a simple file using the default styles using LOW 7.0.3.1 and saved it as .docx. It too has a lot of tofu (white rectangles) for the names of the styles in the Styles Pane. The files are attached. Some, but not all, of the tofu-styles are ones I created.

Cannot confirm this with both files (exported on my own; opening directly in MSO) But I'm on Windows 10 64bit 20H2. Seems to be a bug in MSO for macOS.
I can confirm that the odt saved as docx and then opened in Word 16.58 (2019 edition) shows blank squares in the style names If I open the docx on LO, the styles show correctly Version: 7.4.0.0.alpha0+ / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 583185235389b55d6cfffac3067c0e1ccb2852b1 CPU threads: 10; OS: Mac OS X 10.16; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: osx Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded
