i am in the USA, the writer was working well last week, this week a new file or an opened new file is taking literal minutes to add typed text or update the files. i have timed it to being more than five minutes. every other application on my computer is running as per normal. my computer is old, 2012 model inspiron. i use windows 7 operating system. love your product but i need the word processing.
