Description: The form menu is missing a lots of items (checkbox, dropdown, etc.), even if they are supposed to appear as configured in the menu config GUI. Reseting the UserProfile do fix the issue. Steps to Reproduce: Open the forms menu Actual Results: The form menu only have these items : Mode conception Propriété du contrôle Contrôles de contenu (submenu) Anciens champs de formulaire (submenu) Contrôles ActiveX (submenu) Expected Results: The form menu should contains more item as configured in the menu config GUI. There's a Writer compatibility configuration item (under Tools -> Options, LibreOfficeWriter -> Compatibility, a checkbox named 'Reorganize Form menu to have it MS compatible'), if you have that checked, it uses a different Form menu, with items similar to what MS Word has (it has a limited selection of controls so far). Unchecking that will get the regulard menu back. If that solves your issue, please close this bug report as RESOLVED NOTABUG.

It might be good to have a way to tell that in the menu personnalisation GUI.
