Description:
Would like to see a "Paste From" option similar to Excel where, in my use case, I can paste from CSV files instead of having to open them and copy paste from another LO Calc instance.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right-click on empty cell.
2. Notice missing "Paste From" option.
3. Click Insert on the menu bar.
4. Notice missing "Paste From" option.

Actual Results:
No "Paste From" option exists.

Expected Results:
Have a "Paste From" option in either Right-Click, the File menu, or the Insert menu.
