Description:
UI: Selection feedback for inclusion empty line not great

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Press CTRL+A


Actual Results:
Second line not highlighted at all

Expected Results:
Word is kind of emulation presence of character so there little more compared to only a blinking cursor


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

There is a thin blue line too.
