a writer file with calculus in table

I have the attached invoice model wich I use since ages: I used to fill a couple of cells and the other values were calculated in real time. 
Now It doesn't work any more: alle the calculated values show 0.

Looks like a issue related to locale settings. Loading the file in LibreOffice with English (USA) locale reproduces the issue and adjusting cell formats properly is required. Loading the file in LibreOffice with German (Germany) locale, which is with respect to EURO formatting almost the same than Italian setting, the problem does not reproduce.
