Description:
Show page width as read only field in Column field table tab

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Insert a table
3. Table -> Properties
4. Column Tab

Actual Results:
Columns adjust to column size.. Dialog is opened at last state.. So maybe I want to adjust the table size, but I need to no the 'original size' first.. 

As there is still plenty of room.. Remaining space of XXX out of YYY

Expected Results:
Remaining space of XXX out of YYY

What is the purpose of this value? I mean when exactly do I need to know that total width is 17cm?

A) Size of page is not always 17 cm
B) Table width isn't necessary 17 cm (yes it is in automatic mode)
C) There are also embedded tables (which don't use page width)

The 17cm was an example. What decision do you take in the column tab based on the knowledge it is not 17cm (or any other value)?
